How to carry out assay for activity of non-purified Carbonic Anhydrase ?

I expressed CA in E-coli and I want to make sure the expressed protein is carbonic anhydrase, is there any test to determine the activity of non purified CA ?

Here is a carbonic anhydrase assay kit that claims to be able to measure the activity in biological samples as well as with purified protein.
