Right now I‘m doing research and synthesizing SrTiO3 catalyst and we need to doped it with F. The point is, please anyone can tell me how to calculate wt% of Fe in SrTiO3. I hope someone can give me an answer.

The easy way is to use XRF. All elements are well separated in the energy scale = spectrum. The Fundamental Parameters Method (FPM) may work well if the concentration is not very low. Otherwise, the options are one-point calibration for FPM or the calibration curve method.
Nantinee Somsap Stoichiometry is used to calculate the weight percentage of Fe in SrTiO3.
- Calculate the molar mass of SrTiO3:
molar mass of SrTiO3 = (87.61 g/mol Sr + 47.91 g/mol Ti + 3 * 16.00 g/mol O)
molar mass of SrTiO3 is 183.52 g/mol
- atomic mass of Fe: 55.85 g/mol
- Calculate the number of moles of Fe in 100 g of SrTiO3:
n(element)=(mass of compound/molar mass of compound)*(Mol of element /1 Mol of compound )*(atomic weight of element/1 Mol of element)
n(Fe) = (100 g / 183.5 g/mol) x (1 mol Fe / 1 mol SrTiO3) x (55.85 g / 1 mol Fe)
number of moles of Fe in 100 g of SrTiO3= 0.304 mol Fe
- Calculate the mass of Fe in 100 g of SrTiO3:
m(Fe) = n(Fe) x M(Fe)
m(Fe)= 0.304 mol x 55.85 g/mol = 17.0 g
- Calculate the weight percentage of Fe in SrTiO3:
%wt(Fe) = (mass of Fe / mass of SrTiO3) x 100%
%wt(Fe)= (17.0 g / 100 g) x 100% =17%

What a weird answer-- Alvena Shahid --you cannot calculate the number of moles of iron in SrTiO3--and if you do so you will find that it is zero since SrTiO3 does not contain iron. And if it does, maybe due to the discussed doping, you have to determine the iron content by some analytical technique and not by calculation.
