I have a question about TOF calculation.
In the paper I'm looking at, the TOF unit is molH2/time*molcat.

The definition of TOF is very complex. You are asking about the apparent TOFap. TOFap = TON/(the reaction time), where TON is so called the TurnOver Number = (moles of product)/(moles of catalyst). I'm not a calculator to do your job.
Amirmahdi is correct. You have to convert from the concentrations you typically measure to the amounts of moles. If you are transferring the product to another phase (e.g., gas phase from the liquid phase in which the reaction occurs), then the Concentration in the gas phase x volume of the gas phase = amount (moles) of H2 gas produced. The Concentration of catalyst in the liquid phase x the volume of the liquid phase = amount of catalyst.
Dear Luke V Schneider, as I have already written that TOF definition is complex. As many others, you use TOF definition focused on products. While TOF is the characteristic of activity of the reaction cite. Therefore, TOF = TON/time. The excellent explanation, what are TON and TOF, is in this paper

The formula from Amirmahdi Tavassoli
"TOF = (number of product molecules formed) / (number of catalyst molecules) / (time)"
is very similar to that of TOF =TON/time, but is valid only in limited cases.
