Experiment:

Weight of sample dried : 25g of leaves

Weight after Soxhlet extraction: 100ML

The crude extracted were not dissolved because it is aqueous volume

Amount used in FC assay: 500µL of crude extract mixed with 500µL of

FC reagent(10%) and 1.2 mL of sodium bicarbonate. Total volum was 2.2 mL

y = 0.0398x - 0.0006 , R² = 0.9971

GAE equivalent value: 56.088 ul/ml

How can I calculate the total phenolic content of these aqueous extracts to express as (ulGAE/ml extract)?
