In XRD data, they mention STEPTIME as 19.200001 and STEPSIZE as 0.018827. From this data how can I calculate the scan rate? Please help me.
Thank you
Your's sincerely
Syam Kandula
Step time is in seconds/step, step size is in degree/step, range is in degree, (your 2 theta range) there you can calculate yous scan rate in degree/second
