Basalt fiber, by nature, is a non-conductive material. In order to enhance its conductivity, I am considering the processes of electroless plating and electroplating. My objective is to calculate the resistance of the resulting material.

You can't calculate the resistance you have to measure it. tpyical methode 4 point probe for plane resistance the is an other methode vor in plane resistance, but that is an other methode.
