Can you tell me what factors effect to the refractive index of a environment? How does density of particle, particle size in a environment effect to refractive index of that invironment? How to calculate the refractive index of a mixture of two different substance? Thank you so much.
not sure, exactly what you meant. If you have a mixture of particles individual particles keep their RI. Light is refracted by the individual particles on interface towards fluid phase.

Let me make some broad statements here and hope that what I may get wrong is quickly corrected by our peers on this forum.
To first approximation, chemists view real and imaginary refractive index as independent of particle size.
The presence, or absence, of electronic transitions in the molecules or particles effects the refractive index, so the probe incident wavelength relative to any such transitions is important. This is an effect in the real, and the imaginary, refractive index.
High electron polarizability functionalities substitutions on C/H/O molecules will increase the real refractive index of the molecules of interest.
Various ideal mixing laws have been used to describe the real refractive index of binary chemical mixtures. These all have a basis in some 1st principle assumptions, but none are rigorously derived. Some are based on additivity of volume and volume weighted properties. An example of some of these is review in an old 1965 publication:
