I have found in literature that people are using quinine sulfate as a reference to calculate the quantum yield of a fluorescent material. It is having a quantum yield of 54 % at 375 nm excitation wavelength.The fluorescent material that I have synthesized is having a maximum fluorescence intensity at 600 nm excitation wavelength and almost negligible fluorescence intensity at 375 nm. In this case how do I calculate the quantum yield of my sample?

For accurate determination of quantum yield, only a standard which has the same range of excitation and emission wavelength should be used.

As mentioned before, you will ahve to find an appropriate standard, i.e. a reference sample that absorbs and emits at similar ranges to what you are trying to get the QY for, and also that has a known fluorescence QY. The procedure and calculations for QY determination should be exactly the same regardless of what sample and standard you use.
