I have found in literature that people are using quinine sulfate as a reference to calculate the quantum yield of a fluorescent material. It is having a quantum yield of 54 % at 375 nm excitation wavelength. The fluorescent material that I have synthesized is having a maximum fluorescence intensity at 600 nm excitation wavelength and almost negligible fluorescence intensity at 375 nm. In this case how do I calculate the quantum yield of my sample?
