Hello everybody. Now, I have researched on zeolite based on geopolymer. I have used PDXL software to analyse XRD pattern. Now, can you tell me how to calculate the percentage of crystalline and amorphous phase in the zeolite based on geopolymer by using PDXL software?

I think that PDXL software include self facilities to calculate percent of crystallinity.
Please follow the instruction manual of the version you used, for example the attached file is user manual belong the version 1.8.0.3, you can find in pages 39-46 the professional procedure for percent crystallinity calculations.

I do not really know this software, but I think you can calculate the percentage of amorphous and crystalline compounds by refining the diffractograms (Rietveld refinement) of the sample and comparing it with a standard (internal or external).
