How to calculate the percent of reducing sugar and dextrose equivalent from standard glucose curve /graph. The original sample was concentrated(55-75 degree brix). As a result of this, I diluted the original solution with dilution factor of 2000(25 microliter of sample with 50 ml of distilled water). The dilution was done in order to get the absorbance of the working samples in the range of standard curve that I have done by dissolving 100 mg/100 ml distilled water.

How can I calculate dextrose equivalent?
