I'm calculating the max available Jsc as a function of bandag Eg. For that I'm using the following integral:
Jsc=q*int(f(Eph)*EQE.dEph) from Eg to \inf
With:
q=1C/eV
f(Eph) Spectral Irradiance data in W/(m2*eV)
EQE=1 from Eg to \inf
The final units don't seem to match the results I've found online. Are my constants rights?

I reviewed your your formulation and found that it contains a mistake.
You must divide the right hand side by Eph to convert from watt to photons per second.
The second comment is that
q is the electron charge 1.6X10^-19 Coulomb

Thanks for your quick response! I've attached the resulting plot I sketched.
The only thing I must mention is that if the Eph array I use to divide the Spectral Irr. is in eV I don't have to use q=1.602e-19C, but q=1C. But, if the Eph array is in J units I do have to. I'm sure you must already know this but I think this could be useful for the casual reader.
