How to calculate the Drainage flux (rGWL) in time variable boundary condition step in HYDRUS 2D model for different dripline spacing?

Different methods are available to compute drainage flux (rGWL) in PC-Progress. But my research problem is based on different layout of dripline and emitter spacing. I am using HYDRUS-2D. Kindly let me know, how can I calculate flux by using both two parameters?
