how to calculate the current density from line sweep voltammetry for oxygen reduction reaction? should i use the geometric area of RDE or electrochemically area when i obtain current density throngh using current divided by geometric area? which type of Calculation method is right?i know area-specific activities (SA) are estimated via the calculation of Ik and normalization to the Pt ECSA.but for non-Pt base such metal oxide? can we obtain the electrochemically area for all kind of type of catalyst? thank you very much.
