Based on this paper (DOI: 10.1039/x0xx00000x) I would like to calculate CI for beta tricalcium phosphate in diffrente ways to compare the result (such in analysis as XRD, FTIR and RAMAN). I would like suggestions if I can use the same diffraction planes as the Hydroxyapatite (such as in the paper mencioned).

I think that the crystallinity of the sample and the crystallinity of a particular phase should be clearly distinguished. It's not the same. The crystallinity of the sample indicates the proportion of the crystalline component in the sample relative to the amorphous component. The crystallinity of a particular phase expresses how perfectly this component is crystallized and what its size is.
