As it is expected, the condenser operating in vapor compression refrigeration cycle consist of three zones including: 1)superheat, 2) two-phase, 3) subcooled
I want to know how to calculate the length fraction of each mentioned zone?

There are two things to consider: 1) the quantity of heat transferred in each zone (which is calculated from the respective enthalpies) and 2) the area (and tube length) required, which comes from the UA⌂T. You will need 3 correlations for U (2 single phase and 1 condensation). Balance the Q and solve for A then L.

ASHEAE Handbook of Fundamentals or HEI Steam Surface Condensers both available free online as PDF. When designing a condenser, the theory and calculations are the same regardless of the fluid (steam or refrigerant or whatever). Only the properties change.
