I have done a CO oxidation reaction by using Palladium impregnated activated carbon based catalysts. The catalyst was showing the 100% conversion for a duration of 3-5 hrs. How can I calculate the activity of my catalysts in terms of mol/kg/hr?

The CO oxidation in the presence of gold, palladium, platinum-black may lead to several products like CO2, even methanol, formaldehyde, and formic acid by a secondary reaction with the reduction of the primary outcome of CO2. All of it depends on the local conditions and potential.
The electro-oxidation of CO from the interface may be in mixtures with the CO2 initially formed. At this point, methanol and formaldehyde may be produced during the reduction of the CO2 in aqueous phase with hydrogen occluded in the metal surface or imperfections (palladium, platinum, gold) matrixes.
In general, the primary product is a gas. The way to get your calculation done is to monitor the effect by some IR, UV gas sensor, and measuring the gas mol released by a particular time relating it to the substrate or catalyst amount.
Usually, measuring the evaluated gas volume, if the primary product did not react in the system. It may be obtained by a gas flux monitor, or even in primitive mountings, a water volume dislocated by the gas. Once obtained by a determined period, it must be related to the catalyst or the substrate amount.
You need to be sure there is no secondary reaction promoted by the product of the oxidation reaction.
You finish with the desirable relation of the gas-mol released by the mass (kg, g, mg...whatever) amount of the catalyst per time (hour, minutes, seconds).

By following its kinetics, rate of conversion can be determined. Analyze the products by a gc and monitor for a time period and fit the results moles of products in the rate equations by graphical method. Refer chem kinetics by Laidler
