How to calculate strain in Raman spectroscopy ? what is value of Gruneisen parameter for orthorohmbic structure?

I want to calculate strain in Raman spectra of O- LiMnO2 as there is huge shift in wavenumbers.

Why don't you show both strained and unstrained Raman spectra for a comparison. If there is a shift in the Raman pattern due to strain definitely that will be reflected in the XRD pattern as well. Therefore, the lattice parameters and hence the volume of the unit cell would be shifted.
