Dear Kien Vu, thanks for the research paper you have suggested. The paper explains, the environmental conditions favorable for sporulation. For my research interest I need to calculate Sporulation rate of secondary infection. For this, I have gone through several research papers but could not find the calculation method.

Any suggestion regarding Sporulation rate calculation will be helpful.
