How to calculate SNRs if mean value is given in exponential distribution for cognitive radio?

𝑆𝑁𝑅𝑠𝑠 between secondary users are all assumed to have a mean 20 dB. Both 𝑆𝑁𝑅𝑝𝑠

𝑛 (the SNR from the primary user to a secondary user on channel 𝑛) and

𝑆𝑁𝑅𝑠𝑠𝑛 are assumed to be exponentially distributed. [ Optimal Multi-Channel Cooperative Sensing in Cognitive Radio Networks Rongfei Fan and Hai Jiang, Member, IEEE].
