How to calculate slope angle distribution from the derivatives?
Is there any direct way to evaluate facets slope using WSxM or Gwyddion or any other software?
You can easily calculate slope angle distributions with the help of Gwyddion software using AFM images.
First, take flattened images.
Then go through the data process in the statistics options there you calculate the slope angle distribution.
Use Gwyddion software. Open your AFM topography data and go to Data Process >> Statistics >>> There you will find various options for the required ones. You may also access them directly from icons (highlighted in a red box) shown at the bottom of software window itself. You may read Gwyddion's manual for details!
