How to export raw data from WSxM software?

I made a cross section profile of a SEM image via WSxM. However it seems that I can only export it as an image. Does anyone know how to export it into the raw data? Thanks in advance!

I am speculating Py :

1. Is it stored as an image , if yes then what is the format ??

2. If it is pure data (binary or ascii) then export and save in a readable format

4. Worst case : Download a hex-editor and open the exported file with this , so you can see and relate to values stored and then can process using a C code ...
