I am amature researcher looking for simple equation to calculate re arrangment time of molecular assemble in a gas equalibram . How can i theoretically calculate rearrangement time of molecules one state to other state in gas equilibrium ?
example - N2O4 + (heat) 2NO2
Let us suppose that , N2O4 2NO2 gas will locate at gas container . The gas container was subject to a constant heat source (10 Watt) and the temperature of container reach to 100 C . What is the time taken to complete forward reaction .
Is there is any theoretical equation already exist ?. or What are the methodological steps to calculate the assemble time of N2O4 molecules to NO2. (Note - we can assume that we state the experiment using one mole of N2O4)
