Global warming is gradual increase in overall temperature of earth's atmosphere generally attributed to green house effect caused by increased level of carbon dioxide, methane, chlorofluorocarbons and other gaseous pollutants. Please check the following link for how to stop global warming.
Global warming is the gradual heating of Earth's surface, oceans and atmosphere. Scientists have documented the rise in average temperatures worldwide since the late 1800s. Earth's average temperature has risen by 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit (0.8 degrees Celsius) over the past century, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
There are many steps humans can take to lessen the effects of global warming. NASA is committed to a two-pronged approach:
· Reducing emissions of greenhouse gases and stabilizing the levels of these gases in the atmosphere
· Adapting to the climate change already happening
