Hi everyone! I'm trying to use the Response surface methodology to optimize my adsorption parameters, for lead ions biosorption onto bean shells. I've already performed the experiments to determine the influence of pH value, initial metal concentration, biosorbent dosage and contact time, and I want to use these results to get a BBD model optimization. But, I'm stuck at Q-response. I don't know how to calculate it, or whatever it is I'm supposed to do to get these values.

PS I'm using Minitab software to do the modeling.

Can anyone explain to me how to get the Q values, and perform the whole modeling?
