I have implemented several basic circuits using VS- CNTFET Stanford model in Cadence Virtuoso. All the circuits are showing proper transient response, but power plot is coming out as zero( in both transient and dc analysis, avg power is also zero) in spectre.It will be very helpful if someone can guide me along power calculation .

If you want the solver enables you to sense every branch current in your circuit.
If you are interested in a specific transistor then you have to sense its own drain current by sensing the current in its drain branch.
If you want to measure the global power consumption, you need need only to sense the current out of the your power supply voltage.

I would propose that you sense the current flowing to the drain current id(t) rather than the power.
After getting the current and by knowing the voltage v(t)
one can simply get the instantaneous power p(t)=v i
Then you can get the average power.
