There are several methods for calculating Mixing Height but requires upper air data. Is there any source for finding mixing height using surface met. data. Kindly help me to find them.

First of all, the calculation of the mixing layer height (mlh) without measured vertical profiles is a very crude approach. A somewhat better definition, however very simple, requires at least virtual potential temperature values (vpt): The height of mlh is one where the variation of vpt from the surface is 1 degree.
In this site you will find a method using only surface values, yet requires temperature vertical lapse rate.
