I am doing my research on vertical atmospheric pollutant modelling near and far coastal area. In this regard to study the vertical wind profile I have decided to use HYSPLIT model. But I couldn't understand the basic principles in running the software. Any body is working on that if so could you guide me with the tutorials. The tutorials given in the site is not clear for me.

Using HYSPLIT software to performing trajectories which are associating directly with wind is very easy. If you follow the solved example in section 4-1 of the tutorial, it will help you.
While the online tutorial can be useful as an introduction, explanations on additional/advanced settings can be found in the HYSPLIT User Guide: https://www.arl.noaa.gov/documents/reports/hysplit_user_guide.pdf.

I need to simulate wind origin to my receptor point using HYSPLIT for 1 specific week. Can we do that using NOAA ready.
Please send me the latitude and longitude of your receptor as well as the time interval when you want to calculate the backward trajectories. Another parameter which should be specified is the length of the trajectories for performing the calculation e.g 48 hours backward calculation.
Yes, and to add to @Hesam_Salmabadi, you also need the height of the point you wish to initiate your backward trajectories from, and the times (hours/days) of your initiations.
