On refereeing few literature's, CPF is used to interpret the air pollutant concentration and wind direction to predict the source path to the receptor point.

The doubt i have is what actually the numerator and denominator states. What values should i use from the data i have say wind direction, mass concentration and wind speed.
Becoz I could conclude the denominator but what is that no of occurrence refereeing to???
Plz do help me out in drawing the plot which would be more helpful for my research paper.
