In Our Matlab simulation for Matrix Converter IGBT 40N120AND are used for switching Circuit.
We want to calculate resistance Ron in Ohms , Inductance Lon (H). Forward Voltage Vf(Volts), Initial current (Ic in Amp) Snubber Resistance Rs (Ohms) , Snubber Capacitance Cs(F).

An IGBT does not feature "Ron" as it is a bipolar device. In contrast to MOSFETs that feature a channel resistance, an IGBT always is characterized by forward voltage.
The device you named, according to Fairchild's datasheet, has a forward voltage of 2.6V at 40A of forward current. This is quite a high value for an IGBT with these ratings.
For comparison:
An IKQ75N120CT2 in the same TO247-package gets down to 1.75V at about 75A and, according to Infineon's datasheet, down to 1.5A at 40A.
If you're going to build a matrix converter, the remaining parameters you listed also seem to make little sense.
Snubber capacitors are not a good idea to use - or do you refer to the capacitances of the necessary input filter?
Can you explain what you mean by "initial current"?

Hi, agree with Dr. Martin Schulz, forward voltage is set in IGBT device.
If you concerns loss/or thermal issue, Plecs maybe more suitable for calculating results such as thermal, power loss, etc.
