First, you have to set up the entries (data) in a square matrix using the model you study ( proc nlmixed or proc mixed in sas, see for example,

( https://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/stat/141/nlmixed ).

Next, determine the characteristic equation of the matrix and find the eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenvectors.

If you are not expert in such calculations, you can use many packages that available on the net, such as Matlab, Maple, Mathematica, Scientific work,etc., That give the answers directly.
