I need some help for time consuming methods. I have to calculate estimated Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) for my study patients. These are 700 patients and I have calculate eGFR for each patient. Problematic thing for me is that I have to take 5 readings of eGFR during their followup (it means I have to take 3500 readings for all patients). Can anyone suggest me any online calculator which could provide me GFR all all patients once I enter required data. Or anyone share some spreadsheet made by himself or herself so I could use it to save my time.

Attached is a spreadsheet for CKD-EPI (better than MDRD). If you want to add in the ethnicity component, you'll need to create some more columns.

But can you please guide me that is it necessary to put serum creatinin values in mg/dl. Because I am using umol/L unit to measure Serum creatinine. If it is so then I will have to convert first all my readings to mg/dl

Recently I made my doctoral thesis. I had take seveal FG equations like MDRD, CKD-EPI or Cockroft. Most adecuate way I think is make an Excel table and after of this, make estadistic evaluation.
As you have noticed, there are a couple of alternatives how to calculate eGFR. I have made my own Excel-table to compare them, see attachment.

What formula do you want IS? Do you have a data set in spss or state? If you have a data base in spss or stata I can share with you a syntaxes how you can calculate eGFR with only one click on spss or stata.
I'll share with you the syntaxis of CKD-EPI and MDRDa equation but could you tell me the name of the following variable: age (continuous), sex (how did you categorize it) and creatinine (continuous).
Age: continuous
Sex: 0 for male and 1 for female
For serum creatinin I have 5 columns with different names. But serum creatinine values are continuous variable
Do you have eGFR formula for Malaysia populations? Could you share it if you have it? It will help me to create your syntaxis with correct formula that you need.
Please, attached is eGFR syntaxis of CKD-EPI equation...SCr_1 (serum Creatinine measurement 1). Please, change the name Scr-1 for your current creatinine name of each measurements. Then, run the syntaxis and the eGFR will be calculated on your database.

Marvin González Quiroz, thank you for the spss formula, works well. However, you used for males a multiplier of 144, for females 141; I think 141 is the correct multiplier for both gender.

Syntax for calculating eGFR based on CKD-EPI equation (2021) is attached. Sex code: 1 for Male, 2 for Female. Please change "SCr" with the variable name for serum creatinine level on you database before running the syntax.

I think more usefull is make a database in a excell archive, applying CKD-EPI equation.
