As property matrix(K) is of size 6*6 but here but [A] [B] etc are of 4*4 and 2*2. So how can we compare the two

Well, the question is not clear. If you want to compute effective properties for the laminate , use classical lamination theory and get the properties based on A, B,D,etc.

Sir I mean to say that let two composite, for one we calculate the property by calculating A B D and the second one is the effective material with same properties. since property matrix is of 6*6 (i.e K) but each A B D are of 4*4 and if we consider shear and all like is higher order shear deformation theory then it would we of 16*16 then how can we compare the two.
Mandal sir has use this for homogenization the property.
