I obtained a series of mixed zeolite products, i.e. FAU and CHA. Each xrd pattern has different intensity ratio between FAU and CHA reflections. How can determine the percentage of each phase?

The most simple way is to calculate a percent of each phase for each pattern and taken average.
Or you can try to use a Match software.
I don't know much about the zeolites, but often either Rietveld analysis or the Reference Intensity Method are used for calculations of relative amount of the phases present in the investigated sample.

I would simply use the Powder Cell program (freeware, search the internet. Gert Noltze, one of the authors, also is on RG). Then model both compounds, and fit the measured diffractogram (eventually also feasible using linear combinations). good luck, Dirk

You can analysis your XRD data by using a software named " PANalytical X’Pert HighScore Plus".

if i have 2 different zeolite how can i know which is good for absorbent media? or the higher SiO2/Al2O3 ratio is batter?
