I am doing experiment with different soil amendment with different water holding capacity
how do I calculate amount of water requirement for the fertigation system to supply water to the pots.

Water Requirments will be same as that of other normal crops but you have to check supply of nutrient by checking conc of water to be applied
In order to have effective fertigation, four criterions such as the kind of fertilizer required by crop, climatic conditions, physical and chemical properties of soil and exchange capacity of soil must be considered.
Fertigation
The first problem is nutrients requeriments. You can calculate with based on the literature. Second, you choose the fluid fertilizer to introduce into you irrigation systems. Based on the nutriente concentration in fluid fertilizer, you calculate the total nutrient requeriment.
Ex: 120 kg/ha of N to argula
Crop spacing (1 plant) : 0.3 x 0.2 m = 0.06 m²
1 hectare (ha) -> 10,000 m² so, 166,666.66 plant/ha
To 120 kg/ha of N, you have 7.2 x 10^-4 kg/plant of N or 0.72 g/plant
The Fluid Fertilizer: Nitrate Patassium (concentration N=45%), so:
Fluid fertilizer per plant = 0.72/0.45 = 1.6 g/plant
Irrigation Management
You can to calculate with base on crop evapotranspiration (ETc = ETo x Kc) and pot area (A). For example:
ETo = 4 mm/day; Kc = 0,9; A = 0,053 m²
ETc = 4 x 0,9 = 3,6 mm/day
Irrigation depth (Liter/pot) = 3,6 x 0,053 = 0,198 L or 190,8 mL
