How to Calculate Confinement loss in Anti-resonant Fiber or Hollow Core Fiber using Lumerical MODE or Finite Element Eigen mode Module?

I would like to evaluate the mode fields in an anti-resonant fiber or, hollow core fiber with core diameter around 30 um and air hole thickness around 400 nm. How to evaluate the modes using Lumerical MODES or FEEM module? As you can see, the structural dimension has a wide range. How to choose the mesh size, PML parameters for this task?

The structural geometry is shown in the attached image.
