How to Calculate (cluster_slots & frame_duration) in a Static TDMA ?

Dear Researchers,

How can I calculate (cluster_slots & frame_duration) in a static cluster based Hybrid CSMA - TDMA (static) if the CSMA/CA is the communication protocol for intra-cluster and TDMA is the cell communication protocol .... if the slot_duration is 0.012 sec (12msec) and the number of clusters is (cm), the minimum cluster size is (5) plus the number of the working nodes is (N)?
