I am no specialist in impedance spectrometry. Nevertheless, I understand the problem in the following way:

You approximate the problem as a parallel curcuit of an Ohmic resistance R and a capacitive resistance C. Then you measure the impedance Z as a function of frequency f (w = 2*pi*f). This gives

Z-1 = SQRT( R-1 + w2C2)

You plot Z as a function of w and determine Z. Normalizing Z on the weight, you have the specific impedance.

U can calculate capacitance via polarization resistance, Y0 and n. A simple relation can be used for this purpose. Check my papers.

A method I use, and have seen in papers describing frequency dependent real capacitance is as follows:

C' = (-Z''/ ω )*|Z|2

Where |Z| is SQRT((Z'2 + -Z''2 ))
