Thank you for participation. I agree with you that student learn from each other, that remind me when I was student at Queen's University of Belfast how senior PhD students show junior ones doing methods.

Through my experience in academic work I feel that we need to transfer our experience to others to carry on our scientific school. It is hard for young scientists to start form scratch. Follow up MSc and PhD students regularly will give indirect example to follow your academic school.
