Among the numerous publications about these topics, many articles used the ultra-sonication method for the fabrication of graphene@MoS2 layer. you have to work on the reaction optimization method, ultra-sonication time, temperature, frequency, and concentration. you may also confirm the binding using Scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) mapping, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
