Hope you can suggest scientific sources that can help me to understand how is it possible to achieve excellence in teaching by the proper balance between students individual necessities and common high demanding criteria on learning evaluation.
Don't set your criteria too specific and give students different options for completing assignments and not only written ones. In that way you cater for their individual interests and strengths in giving them the best advantage in meeting evaluation criteria.
I just wanna ask you if you could suggest some interesting ways to explore properly the students abilities without written evaluation and in what cases you think it would be necessary to explore these other options.
OK. Here are links to two videos that would explain the importance and use of alternatives to written assessments. I have also included my conference paper on using the debate as one alternative to written assessment. I extend best wishes for every success in your research
Best regards,
Debra

You might find using project based assessments as a useful approach. In this manner, students are learning through hands on work that can be connected in various ways to multiple criterion for teaching and learning. For instance, an early childhood education class could involve having students evaluate children's books then creating their own children's book based upon ECE theories and what they learned from their analyses of the books they examined.
