How to avoid the formation of alpha casing (Ti oxide layer) during the hot isostatic pressing of Ti alloy parts?

Note that the small amount of oxygen impurity present in the inert gas is sufficient to generate the alpha casing on Ti parts. Hence, how can one remove that oxygen impurity from the gas?
