How to avoid non-specific binding of anti-GST antibody to actin in human podocytes?

Dear All,

I should to fix my cells in 4%PFA, because other antibodies that I need as a counter staining do not work with methanol or methanol/acetone fixation. Anti-GST poly clonal Rb (Abcam) antibodies easy bind actin instead of my target protein. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
