Have you tried charging your microslides with Poly-L-lysine?

Poly-L-lysine or collagen coated cover glasses may help to attach the cells.

Hi Yuri, We culture our cells on glass coverslips, allow them to attach with medium in small petri-dishes. Then go on to stain them and finally mount them with a slide before viewing.
