You can define->joint constraint->diaphragm (for rigid diaphragms) and then assign it to the joints at a particular story. Bear in mind that you have to define a new constraint for every storey, that is you cannot assign the same diaphragm on two storeys.

Yes. But what about assign different diaphragm constraint to each different selected Z level. I have attached the picture.
