Hello, we currently want to conduct a meta analysis on the prevalence of cytokine elevation and its correlation to the severity of the disease. I was able to ask about the statistical method for the prevalence before. Me and my teammates have decided to use the double arcsine method for the transformation of data for prevalence. But the issue is we are not sure of the methodology for the correlation part of our study. I am asking if what would you suggest for the method we should use to assess the correlation. Is it possible to conduct a correlation and prevalence analysis at the same time or they should be separated like having a second analysis for correlation?
