Is your finite element model of the pelvis a meter model?

The screw is not positioned in the mounting position. The radius of the screw is 3.65 mm where the radius the screw hat is 7.5 mm. Is that correct?

There are actually two bore holes in your model. Thus, you will need two screws.

I guess the screw diameter is correct there. And the screw is not in the mounting position but I want it to mount inside the hole of pelvis. That's what I am looking for, how to position the screw in the hole in FEBio.

You can use an orthogonal or affine transformation for positioning the screw.
