How to apply moving load with specific velocity in ABAQUS?

i am modelling a slab track where wheel moves over rail. Now i have used rigid body constraint and displacement/rotation change in steps but that didn't go that well. please could anyone just put a tutorial of moving load on a solid explaining from basic. it would be of great help.
