How to apply impedance boundary condition in fluent while simulating carotid artery blood flow?

I am simulating blood flow in carotid artery. I need to apply impedance boundary condition at the outlet of internal and external carotid artery as mentioned in many literatures. can anyone help me apply this Bc in fluent.

i guess impedance boundary conditions cant be applied to blood flow...becoz its used at the flow condition highly influenced by reflected waves
