How to apply heat generation on elements defined by Gaussian distribution for simulation of welding using ANSYS APDL?

I've defined the gaussian distribution as "A*exp(-((x^2)+(y^2)+(z^2))/(2*zigma^2)).

Read the equation to create a table and applied temperature and HGEN on cubical set of selected elements from the full model.

While applying temperature on the nodes, i can see the distribution as per gaussian equation, but while applying HGEN, i get a slightly tilted haussian profile in all the three axis. Pictures attached herewith.
