You have to use chronoamperometry. Verify if Nova allows you to set " E1 V for 5 ms and then E2 for 100s " in the method description (in other softwares, it is a common feature). If not, linking two "amperometry methods" may be an other option to apply double pulse.

Verify also if you can repeat n times the same method or a pair of methods (to apply a repeated pulsed signal).

I don't use Nova, but I remember that it does not use "current density" as parameter for chronopotentiometry. You can solve the problem: calculate the necessary current (= current density x electrode area) to set the desired parameter as current value.

You can do multiple chronoamperometry cycles in a single procedure using

NOVA software.

Set the potential as 'E1' and Record duration as '5ms'

Then Set potential to 'E2' and Record duration as '100s'

Using chronopotentiometry , you can provide constant current. I didn't find any provision for using current density.
